We are now expanding our sales team to connect with more businesses seeking digital growth.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term clients. This role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate who is eager to help businesses achieve digital success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Present IT Soft Studio’s services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Web Development)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in digital marketing or IT services)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Previous agency experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead gen platforms
